Surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, here rich in glasswort and low shrub species, such as spiny broom, cistus, mastic and myrtle.
The Chidro River is among the shortest rivers in the world (only 300 meters), its fresh and clear water has a constant temperature of 17 degrees.
